Appointment Of Directors

The Board maintains a Nomination Committee comprised of all of the Directors of Ten.

This Committee is chaired by John Studdy, who is an independent, non-executive Director.

A charter has been established which charges the Nomination Committee with responsibility for considering issues associated with Board composition and succession planning, including nomination of independent non-executive Directors to the Board.

The Nomination Committee is in the process of formulating procedures and policies for the selection and appointment of new independent Directors and, once adopted, these procedures will be made available.
