Ten Holdings is committed to working with the local communities in which it operates. Together, Network Ten and EYE support a range of important community causes.
Network Ten has adopted a strategic partnering approach to its community services program. This allows the Network to fully focus its resources on causes and organisations which closely reflect the company's values and brand qualities. The Network supports major partners with air time for community service announcements (CSA), Network ambassadors, editorial segments on Network programs and in-kind support including script writing, filming and editing assistance for CSA productions.
On TEN, the Network has taken a multi-tiered approach to community focusing on issues that are of most relevance to our employees and our audience. Each year, TEN establishes a series of national and environmental partnerships, and offers assistance for a number of national support causes and state-based camaigns. TEN currently supports:

On ONE, the Network has taken a distinct approach to its community portfolio. The strategy focuses on partnerships with ONE's principal sponsors and explores opportunities to help our sponsors build and strengthen their relationships with their own support causes through on-air and online campaigns.
EYE Group operates the EYE Have A Heart program which supports a select number of community groups, charities and not-for-profit organisations. EYE supports the following organisations through the EYE Have A Heart program:
- Australia and New Zealand: The Eye Foundation, CP Foundation, The Big Issue, Homeless World Cup, MAYDAY (Media Assisting Youth)
- United Kingdom: Retial Trust and Wythenshawe Council
- United States: OAAA Election Initiative, Ad Council initiatives and Red Cross
